First let me say I really wish I could make this a native ability of the Thingy, but as I'm authoring it in Flash, I can't do it (well Flash can't). (If someone has experiance wrapping Flash projectors in VB or VC++ we might be able to do this, and more nifty things. email me.) So here's a list of free utilities that seem to work OK at taking an application and minimizing them to the system tray.
(I know, I know, this is only a work around, and it doesn't show server status as an icon but it'll keep me from answering this in an email 10 times a day until I find a fix. Thanks for understanding.)
